Smart Campus 2025 – AI for Tomorrow’s Leaders” focuses on “AI, Cybersecurity and Smart City Development”. Encouraging and nurturing our younger generations is fundamental to build up Smart Leaders in Hong Kong.  HKtag is glad that Cyberport & AiTLE are our Co-organisers, Google and Prister are our Strategic Partners, the Education Bureau of HKSAR is our  Supporting Organisation, and The Chamber of Hong Kong Computer Industry is the Venue Sponsor with many of our friendly industry stakeholders being our Event Partners of this program.  The purpose of this program is to encourage more applications of digital tools to build smart campuses. It aims to cultivate talents at schools with innovative thinking and facilitate diversified exchanges between teachers and students, leading to more technological applications in our life.

With high concern on innovative applications of technology with environmental governance in all areas of living including development of Smart Schools in the recent years, HKtag finds it essential to promote the importance of technology to local secondary schools, students and their parents through education and user experience with our 4 phases:

  1. I&T Education Summit + a series of I&T learning for teachers on 22 March 2025, and from April to June other learning series for students ;

  2. Sharing on “AI, Cybersecurity and Smart City development” at schools in different districts, with more introduction on AI Literacy and prompting skillsets;

  3. Smart AI Project Contest, to be launched after Summit, recruiting all local secondary school students to participate in forms of teams to submit creative solutions using artificial intelligence and relative technical knowledge to enhance community collaboration and inclusion effects;

  4.  “Smart Technology Enhancement Showcase” & “Award Presentation” in The Hong Kong Computer and Communications Festival for public’s awareness – exhibit the selected outstanding Smart AI Project Contest entries, raising awareness among students, teachers, parents and the public about artificial intelligence and data applications, while promoting our goal for building a sustainable and smart society. As an acknowledgement of their efforts, this showcase and the ceremony are served as a credit of thankfulness to all participated schools, after their completion of our learning series and presentation of their innovative solutions.
