With high concern on innovative applications of technology and ESG (Environment Social Governance) in all areas of living including development of Smart School at times of pandemic the last two years, HKtag finds it essential to promote the importance of technology to local secondary schools, students and their parents through our 4 phases with (1) our 2-3 months school visit sessions commence from Jan 2023, followed by (2) 12-week I&T enrichment series from March to May, and (3) 2-months project program in June-July to local students and teachers with knowledge updates on technologies and hot topics to help leverage their collaborating effectiveness within the community.
We will focus on “Trends of AI and applications”. Encouraging and nurturing our younger generations with fresh eyes would be fundamental to build up Smart People in Hong Kong. HKtag is glad that HKSTP and MIT Hong Kong Innovation Node are the supporting organizations, and The Chamber of Hong Kong Computer Industry is the venue sponsor of this program.
Lastly, as a credit of the participation of our future pillars of society after their enrichment sessions, we will acknowledge their efforts and exhibit their Proof of Concept and innovative ideas at our “Smart Technology Enhancement Showcase” in Computer and Communications Festival, as our last phase of this program and part of their learnings supplement in science, information and technology, and coding.
