Hiring for new project staff
Project Manager (11 months only by contract)
Qualification and duties:
- Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration/ Marketing or related field;
- Minimum 6 years of working experience. Proven record in jobs with event and project coordination with digital marketing skills;
- Experience in online social media and online advertising is a plus;
- Experience working with NGO and educational sector is advantageous;
- Excellent inter-personal skills with proficiency in English writing skills and fluency in Chinese speaking;
- Coordination of event management, liaisons with service providers and updates to key members of our association;
- Frequent communications with professionals, school representatives and our guest speakers on all logistics and preparations of the event;
- Good network with production house and agency to perform all hands-on items
- Able to work independent and execute a project with the arrangement of education series or seminars;
- Arrange assigned publicity and administrative matters to ensure all tasks are well delivered; and
- Meet deadlines and complete administrative reports according to the assigned timeline and annual record of this funded projects.
